Liability Waiver

In order to join the workshop, you will be required to sign a liability waiver that establishes that the tour leaders are not responsible for physical or proprietary damages, and that you understand and accept several behavioral standards (including not taking excessive risk), necessary to ensure the workshop’s success and your safe return.

Cancellations, Refunds and No Shows

If the workshop is cancelled by Fototripper you will be given the option of a full refund or transferal to a different workshop.

Refunds will be granted if you have to cancel within 90 days of the workshop commencement date.

If you have to cancel within 90 days of the workshop commencement date, you can transfer your payment to any future workshop but no refund will be given.

Refunds will not be given if you fail to show up for your workshop.

Please understand that we cannot control the weather or lighting conditions.
