How To Get There

The simplest method is to fly into one of Irelands international airports (Dublin or Belfast) and then get a short flight to Donegal from there. We’ll collect you from your Donegal hotel on the morning of April 23rd and provide your next 5 nights of accommodation while we embark on our 6 day adventure. On April 28th we’ll drop you off at either Donegal airport or a local hotel. We recommend staying a few more days to enjoy more of Ireland and perhaps visit some more counties. We’ll be happy to provide you with locations and ideas for ways to continue your visit to Ireland.

If you’re visiting from the UK it’s very easy to catch a ferry from Scotland (Cairnryan to Larne) to then land in Northern Ireland. County Donegal is a few hours drive or coach journey from Larne.

Cancellation Policy for “Capture Ireland” Workshop

1. General Terms

By booking the “Capture Ireland” workshop, participants agree to the following cancellation terms and conditions. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via this contact form or direct email.

2. Cancellation by Participants

• More than 90 Days Before Workshop Start Date: Participants who cancel more than 90 days before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Between 60 and 90 Days Before Workshop Start Date: Participants who cancel between 60 and 90 days before the start of the workshop will receive a 50% refund of the total workshop fee.
• Less than 60 Days Before Workshop Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of the workshop but you will retain a non expiring full credit for other Fototripper workshops or private sessions with Gavin Hardcastle

3. Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another person at no additional cost, provided that written notice is given to the workshop organizers at least 30 days before the start of the workshop. The new participant must meet all the eligibility requirements.

4. Cancellation by Organizers

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

5. Force Majeure

The organizers will not be held liable for any cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or health crises. In such cases, the organizers will attempt to reschedule the workshop or provide an alternative solution.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

The workshop itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, availability, and other factors. While every effort will be made to adhere to the original plan, the organizers reserve the right to make adjustments as needed.
